Coaching sessions are conducted remotely by phone or Zoom, making distance no barrier to support. In-person sessions are no longer available. All services are self-pay only; an invoice will be emailed at the end of each month, with full payment due upon receipt. Fees are reasonable and reflect the value of personalized, results-focused coaching.
